Terms of Use

The owner of the online store Abiprint.ee is Abiprint OÜ (registry code 10933224), located at Vahuri 4, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia.

This agreement governs the terms of use of the Abiprint.ee online platform for purchasing ready-made printed products as well as for ordering custom printed materials from Abiprint OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).

  • Acceptance of Terms: If a person wishing to use Abiprint.ee (hereinafter referred to as the User) registers as a user of Abiprint.ee, this signifies that the User agrees to the terms and conditions of Abiprint.ee and undertakes to comply with them.
  • Product & Pricing Information: Information about the products sold on Abiprint.ee and their prices is displayed directly on the online platform.
  • Shipping and Delivery: A shipping fee is added to the product price. The delivery cost depends on the User’s location and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

User Rights and Obligations

  • Order Confirmation: By submitting an order, the User confirms that they have read and agreed to the Terms of Use of Abiprint.ee.
  • Account Security: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information, password, and account, as well as for all activities that occur under their registered account.
  • Copyright Responsibility: The User bears full responsibility for the copyright of the images used. By uploading images, the User confirms that they own the copyright to them.
  • Content Restrictions & Indemnification: The User confirms that the images and files they upload do not promote the violation of criminal, local, regional, or international law; do not infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party; and are not unlawful, pornographic, defamatory, abusive, or obscene, and do not harm children. The User bears full responsibility for the images and files they upload and undertakes to fully indemnify Abiprint.ee for any damages incurred in the event of printing the images and materials described above.
  • Data Processing (GDPR): By placing an order, the User agrees that the Service Provider processes the provided data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Data Storage: The User agrees that the data will be securely stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • Analytics: The User agrees that Abiprint.ee uses Google Analytics to analyze data and improve customer service quality.
  • Purpose of Data Usage: The Service Provider uses and stores the User’s personal information to fulfill its obligations, namely to ensure the processing and execution of the order.
  • Limitation of Liability: The User agrees that the Service Provider is not liable for the deletion of files or other information from the User’s account.

Purchasing Ready-Made Printed Products, Creating Print Files, and Product Quality

  • Purchase and Custom Orders: An Abiprint.ee account User can purchase printed products presented on the abiprint.ee website in the online store section, or submit their own files from which the desired products will be printed.
  • Layout and Additional Services: The User provides the layout of the printed product by uploading their own images and files and may, if desired, order design or prepress file preparation services.
  • Image Quality Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for the quality of the provided images used in the layout.
  • File Review: Submitted files undergo quality control, and the User will be notified if any images are found to be of low quality.
  • Limitation of Claims: If the User has been warned about the consequences of using low-quality images but still gives consent to proceed with printing, the Service Provider will not accept any claims or complaints regarding the final print quality.

Project Storage on the Abiprint.ee Server

  • Data Retention: Completed orders are stored within the Abiprint.ee environment for a period of 5 years, after which they may be deleted without prior notice to the User.

Placing an Order

To place an order, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Register as a user.
  2. Select the type of printed product.
  3. If necessary, select the format of the printed product and other attributes.
  4. If necessary, upload files or images.
  5. Select the delivery address and shipping method.
  6. Review and accept the Terms of Use.
  7. Select a payment method and click the “Pay” button to proceed. If desired, you can go back and choose a different payment method.
  8. Pay for the order.
  9. The order will be processed after payment is received.
  • Design Services: If design services were ordered, the buyer is required to review and approve the created layout before confirming the order for the printed product.
  • Order Completion: To complete the order, the required fields must be filled out and a suitable delivery method selected. Following this, the total order amount will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.
  • Entry into Force: The contract enters into force upon receipt of the total amount due to the current account of Abiprint.ee.
  • Order Cancellation & Refunds: If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date the notification was sent.

Pricing and Payment Information

All prices on Abiprint.ee are stated in Euros. All orders shipped within the European Union include a 24% value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Shipping costs are specified separately. Order fulfillment begins only after payment has been cleared.
  • Bank Transfers: If payment is made via bank transfer, the payment date is deemed to be the day the funds are credited to the Service Provider’s bank account. When making a bank transfer, it is mandatory to indicate the order number in the payment explanation/reference field.
  • Taxes and Duties: The Service Provider is not liable for any other local taxes or customs duties that may be applied to the recipient.
  • Price Changes: The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at its discretion and without prior notice, except for cases where an order has already been confirmed by Abiprint.ee but has not yet been fulfilled.
  • B2B Orders (0% VAT): If the customer is a legal entity located within the European Union and qualifies for a 0% VAT rate, we kindly request selecting payment based on an invoice (bank transfer) to ensure correct transaction processing.

Payment Methods

The customer can choose from the following options to pay for their order:

  • Payment based on an invoice (bank transfer): After the order is confirmed, an invoice for the bank transfer is generated and sent to the user’s email address.
  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
  • Credit cards: Visa / Mastercard.
  • Finnish bank links: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki.
  • Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor.
  • Lithuanian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.

NB! When paying via a bank link, you must click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page after completing the payment.

Security and Data Processing

All payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments take place outside the online store environment in a secure ecosystem: payments via bank links are completed within the secure environment of the respective bank, and credit card payments are processed within the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. Abiprint.ee does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force once the due amount is credited to the current account of the online store.

Abiprint.ee is the data controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for executing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped to Estonia and other European Union countries.

  • Delivery Methods: Delivery is carried out by OMNIVA, ITELLA SMARTPOST, and DPD courier services according to their current price lists, available both via courier delivery and to parcel machines.
  • Delivery Timeline (Estonia): Parcels within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5–7 business days from the date the sales contract enters into force.
  • Shipping Address & Confirmation: All ordered printed products will be shipped to the address specified in the delivery address field during checkout. To confirm the order, Abiprint.ee will send an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and that the provider agrees to arrange the delivery.
  • Order Completion & Pickup:ee informs the user of order completion by sending a notification to the user’s email address. This indicates that the order is complete and the user can pick it up in person at the designated location. If delivery was selected, the necessary shipping information is handed over to the chosen transport company on the day of order completion.
  • Damaged Packaging & Claims: The User can select various transport companies for delivery. The Provider guarantees the proper packaging of products. Upon receipt, the buyer is required to ensure the packaging is intact. Any damage to the packaging must be recorded in writing on the courier’s delivery note upon receipt. Subsequent claims regarding packaging will not be considered. Information regarding actual product damage must be reported to the provider within three business days; otherwise, subsequent claims will not be honored. The return of damaged goods is carried out at the provider’s expense according to the terms of the selected transport method.
  • Carrier Terms: When placing and delivering orders, the general terms and conditions set by the respective transport company must be observed.
  • Right to Refuse & Production Times:ee reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment at its sole discretion without giving a reason. The fulfillment period is calculated from the moment the user makes the payment until the item arrives at the provider’s office or is dispatched via courier. The standard production time is 3 to 7 business days. The maximum delivery time (the total time within which the user receives the goods) is 60 business days.

Returns and Cancellation of Orders

In accordance with Section 53(4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the consumer does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the product has been manufactured according to the consumer’s individual needs or specifications provided by the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal entity.

Right to Submit Claims

If the User has claims regarding the non-compliance of the manufactured product with general standards, the User has the right to return the received product within 14 (fourteen) business days. The finished product must be delivered to the Service Provider’s office either in person or via courier services (at the User’s expense).

In this case, it is necessary to draft a written statement and notify the Service Provider by email. Each case is considered individually and resolved within 14 days. If the claims are justified, the order will be reprinted, or a refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 14 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

  • Order Processing:ee uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and dispatching the goods to the buyer. Abiprint.ee transfers the necessary personal data to transport companies to facilitate delivery.
  • Newsletters and Offers:ee will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has entered their email address on the Abiprint.ee website or any promotional media, thereby expressing a desire to receive notifications. The buyer can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the offer email.
  • Legal Disclosures & Debt Collection:ee has the right to provide information to third parties in cases prescribed by law. If necessary, Abiprint.ee may provide personal data to companies and registers providing debt collection services.

Dispute Resolution

If the User has any complaints regarding Abiprint.ee, they must be sent to the email address info@abiprint.ee or submitted by phone: +372 6766 466.

If the User and Abiprint.ee cannot resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the User may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can review the terms of the procedure and file an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the User and Abiprint.ee. No fee is charged for reviewing the User’s complaint by the Committee. The User may also turn to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Changes to the Terms of Use

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at its sole discretion and at any time. Abiprint.ee is not obligated to notify the User of such changes. These terms comply with the requirements of Estonian legislation.
