General Provisions

This Privacy Policy governs the principles of collection, processing, and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored by the personal data controller Abiprint OÜ, registration number 10933224, www.abiprint.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Data Processor).

Abiprint OÜ processes user data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

  • Data Subject: In the context of this Privacy Policy, a data subject is a customer or any other natural person whose personal data is processed.
  • Customer: In the context of this Privacy Policy, a customer is anyone who registers on the Data Processor’s website www.abiprint.ee.

Abiprint OÜ adheres to the data processing principles prescribed by legal acts, including processing personal data in a lawful, fair, and secure manner. Abiprint OÜ can confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data

Personal data is collected electronically, primarily via the website and email. By providing their personal data, the data subject grants the Data Processor the right to collect and use, for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, the personal data that the data subject directly or indirectly discloses to the Data Processor when purchasing goods or services on the website.

The data subject is responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of the data provided. Knowingly providing false data is considered a violation of the Privacy Policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately notify the Data Processor of any changes to the provided data. The Data Processor shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the data subject or third parties as a result of the data subject providing false information.

Abiprint OÜ is the chief controller of personal data. Abiprint OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for executing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Processing of Customers’ Personal Data

The Data Processor may process the following personal data of the data subject:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Current account (IBAN) number
  • Bank card details

The Data Processor may process the following data regarding user activity: IP address and cookies. In addition to the above, the Data Processor has the right to collect data about the customer available in public registers.

Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Chapter II, Article 6, Paragraph 1, points (a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • (b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • (c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  • (f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Abiprint OÜ takes all necessary organizational and information technology security measures to ensure the protection of personal data, guided by the principles outlined in this Privacy Policy. User accounts and related personal data are generally stored until the termination of the respective online services. Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all related data. Upon submission of such a request, the account and related data will be erased from the Abiprint OÜ information system after one calendar year from the date the request was submitted.

Users may upload to the www.abiprint.ee environment only those files and images for which they hold the copyright. The Data Processor has the right to store personal data until the expiration of the copyrights or related rights associated with the uploaded materials. Long-term storage of data is necessary to ensure proper copyright protection. If the person who uploaded the material, or a third party whose personal data is contained in the material, submits a request to the Data Processor for the deletion of personal data or the material containing such data, Abiprint OÜ will remove the material if the disclosure of personal data significantly violates the rights of that individual.

The processing of personal data within the framework of competitions, during which copyrighted works are uploaded, is carried out according to the same principles. When running campaigns that include prize giveaways, the Data Processor requests prior consent from users to process the collected personal data. In the case of projects not related to copyrights, personal data is stored and used solely to announce the winners and distribute prizes. All data is erased from the Data Processor’s system immediately after the purpose of the data collection has been achieved. The Data Processor retains the IP addresses of individuals participating in online surveys until the completion of the surveys, ensuring that each user can participate in the survey only once.

The Data Processor has the right to transfer customers’ personal data to third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport companies, courier services, and payment service providers.

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • Access and review their personal data;
  • Obtain information regarding the processing of their data;
  • Supplement and/or rectify their data.

If the Data Processor processes personal data based on the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. To exercise their rights, the data subject may contact customer support at the email address info@abiprint.ee. To protect their rights, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (AndmekaitseInspektsioon).

Final Provisions

The Data Processor has the right to partially or completely change the data protection terms, notifying data subjects of the changes via the website www.abiprint.ee.
