Delivery and Payment

We value your time and offer the most convenient ways to receive and pay for your orders.

💳 Payment Methods

We work with both individuals and business clients (legal entities).

  • Payment by Invoice: After order confirmation, we will send an invoice to your e-mail. Production begins after payment is confirmed. We offer deferred payment terms for regular customers.
  • Payment on Site: You can pay by cash or card at our office upon collection.

🚚 Delivery Methods

As a rule, we ship via parcel machines (Omniva, Smartpost, DPD) or by courier (Cargobus, OSC Transport) throughout Estonia. Express delivery within Tallinn is available via Bolt (within 1 hour).

For shipping to Scandinavia and the EU, we use DPD, Cargobus, and UPS. Small international parcels are sent mainly via Omniva.

  1. Parcel Machines (Omniva, Smartpost, DPD)

    • Delivery (Estonia & Finland): 1–3 working days after order completion.
    • Cost: from 3.50 €.
    • Delivery (Europe): average 4–7 working days.
    • Cost: from 15 €.

  2. Courier Delivery

    • Delivery (Estonia): 1–3 working days.
    • Cost: from 5.50 €.
    • Delivery (Europe): average 5–8 working days.
    • Cost: from 25 €.

  3. Self-Pickup (Free)

    • Address: Vahuri 4, Tallinn.
    • Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 – 17:00.

Production time depends on the complexity of the order and the availability of print-ready files.
