General Questions & Ordering
How can I place an order?
You can submit your order via the contact form on our website or by emailing us at info@abiprint.ee. For an accurate quote, please attach your artwork and specify the print run (quantity). You can also place an order at our office at Vahuri 4, 11415 Tallinn, from 9:00 to 17:00 on working days. Please schedule an appointment in advance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We handle both individual orders (starting from 1 copy for books or posters) and large print runs for business clients
How long will my order take?
Production time depends on the complexity of the project. Business cards and simple promotional materials are usually ready within 1–3 working days. Book printing requires more time (from 5 working days).
Technical Artwork Requirements
In what format should I send my files?
We accept layouts in PDF (preferred), JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and AI formats. By agreement, we can also help prepare your files for printing.
What are "bleeds" and why are they necessary?
Bleeds are an extension of the background image beyond the trim line (usually 3–5 mm). They are essential to ensure there are no white borders along the edges after the product is cut to size.
What should be the image resolution?
For high-quality printing, images should ideally have a resolution of at least 300 dpi at actual size. You can send us your image for a quality assessment.
Book Printing & Binding
What types of binding do you offer?
We offer softcover (perfect binding), hardcover (sewn and glued case binding), as well as saddle stitching (staples) and wire-o (spiral) binding.
Can you help with design or file preparation?
Yes, our designers can assist with checking your existing layout, full book typesetting, or creating custom designs for business stationery from scratch.
Delivery & Payment
Do you offer delivery within Estonia and EU?
Yes, we ship finished products via parcel machines (Omniva, Smartpost, DPD) or by courier throughout Estonia and abroad. You can also pick up your order in person at our office.
Can I pay via a corporate invoice?
Certainly. We work with both individuals and legal entities. We issue standard invoices and can also send e-invoices (e-arve) if required. Card payments are also accepted at our office.
